h:i just got home from snowboarding. this camera is sweet. it turns on fast, writes fast, AF is faster than my current one, only thing i dont like, the chassis. it really needs to mold my hand better. im probably going to return the camera tomorrow
h:edit- the battery life SUCKS. :down: x 1000. i got in less than 100 pics before it died.

I still don't get what you're talking about with the fitting your hand thing Will. I've got no complaints with my S200. I mean, it doesn't have an actual grip like on the A-series cameras but it's not painful to hold.

yes, its not painful to hold, but i find it comforting to have that "bulge" on the case. i know that the s-series cameras are nothing more than point and shoot cameras, but i still find it useful to have that comfort. as you said, the a-series camera have them, the nikon CP cameras have them, as with the higher end digicams like the sony 717, 828, digi rebel,...
but i guess the elph cameras are just made as a good camera that will literally fit in your pocket. it just irks me. im not planning to write canon or anything

... I have the a70 but the A80 has 4mp vs 3.2mp
