Thirdly it is already known that the next generation IS is going to be a more complete lineup of coupe, sedan, convertible and wagon similar to the BMW 3-series. Lexus is also planning a factory "hot rod" lineup similar to Mercedes AMG, BMW M or Audi S. It would stand to reason that within this lineup there will be a hotted-up IS variant. However that has not been confirmed yet nor have the actual specs of the upcoming IS series of cars.
