I graduated at 5-10 118lbs .

I ate lots of stuff and worked out lots , now I'm 6 138.

I suggest taking a meal replacement, eating lots of protein and meat, and lifting .

GNC weight gainer 2200 gold. $39.99 for 6lb container. I never really used it but im sure it does the job (if you can get it down). Its 2200 calories per serving. I gained 30 lbs in about 6 months just eating tons of protein/calories and lifting. I have an olympic bench in my living room. h:

If any of you do go the meal replacement route a body builder I was talking to when I did them said to add a spoon full of peanutbutter, a bannana, some milk and ice cubes to the shake. not only does it taste good, but they help your body process the protein better. otherwise you'll just shit the protein out.(think dairy queen soft serve)

Eat a LOT...but make sure it's healthy. Get a protein supplement, and take it after every workout. If you want to bulk, do lots of sets of few reps, with lots of weight. The protein powder I use is called CytoGainer...from a company called CytoSport...works well and is better than GNC...GNC is complete crap.
