Don't get any shift knob unless it is the screw in kind. The kind that holds on with set-screws is bullshit and will fall off.

Depends on how well it's made. Is it heavy? Light, cheap feeling shiftknobs are teh suck!
I prefer OEM shift knobs anyway.
