T-Mobile Dealer Screwed Me Intentionaly (long story) need help
Thanks pooboi, I'll have to see if that'll work. Either way, I'm going to do something to that guy.
Actually, I'm stuck with two lines and one phone. The IMEI # and Sim # he used was off of one of his phones. The sole purpose was to get that line activated. So I have only one phone.
Thanks again guys! Any more advise is more than welcome
Yeah, I'm not upset with T-mobile, I understand that it's the independent dealer that's the jackass

hi poohboi
Did you talk to tmobile and straighten out the situation?
If you didn't sign the contract to get the phone activated, you're not accountable. They have to have a contract of your signature for any of it to be validated.
Someone took my info and opened an account under my name. I didn't know of it until 2 months later and $406 in charges. I called tmobile and at first they were telling me to call the police because it's nothing they can do about it (apparently that person knows my friend, who I opened the account for). But I demanded them to mail or fax me any contract stating that I authorize for that activation and they couldn't do it because I have never signed any paper.
I hope you get it taken care of. I know it can be a pain in the butt.
