hi poohboi

Did you talk to tmobile and straighten out the situation?
If you didn't sign the contract to get the phone activated, you're not accountable. They have to have a contract of your signature for any of it to be validated.

Someone took my info and opened an account under my name. I didn't know of it until 2 months later and $406 in charges. I called tmobile and at first they were telling me to call the police because it's nothing they can do about it (apparently that person knows my friend, who I opened the account for). But I demanded them to mail or fax me any contract stating that I authorize for that activation and they couldn't do it because I have never signed any paper.

I hope you get it taken care of. I know it can be a pain in the butt.
