Key to buildin a N/A motor?
Im just wondering because I will be swapping to the H22 in two more months and soon after or before im going to slowly be picking up N/A parts for it. Im just wondering if I should save up and wait and do it all at once or do it slowly? I mean I come accross parts all the time for cheap and wondering if Certain parts work better together then others. Im most likely going to be using a lot of Crower parts.
Like does it matter if Crower cam shafts use crower cam gears? Or can I use Skunk2 or some other company like that?

You can mix and match your brands but some brand cams may have higher lobe than others etc. so yu may want to check the specs closely before purchase.

Also, does anyone know if Toda makes parts for the H22?
if i was you,..i would wait to get all the parts before opening up the motor to put in the parts,..this is unless you are installing all the parts yourselves,..because you are not,..it oculd get expensive having to someone rip open the head or block everytime a new part comes in

I'd love to do that to my current H22 since it's reaching 100K. But then I have to worry about the other 94 accord that's almost 150k miles stock, and I kinda want to do a swap for it too, prolly comming up summer. :happysad:

I'd build one at a time, just so you can feel the effects and how each mod changes the performance.

I'd love to give John a visit if I want to go NA since he's the most reliable and experience person I know with the most similar, considering same year, same swap. Is it alright with you John?

Guys, what I ment was get all the parts at one time and install it? or slowly get the parts and install it at one time. I was just asking incase I would want to order valve springs, retainers, and cams, incase some cams work better with other head set-ups.
Thanks though.
