When I find money, I find the owner. I'm poor too 
I was at a restraunt the other day with some buddies. I saw a $20 bill on the ground, grabbed it up, tried to find the owner. Some lady sent her kid up to pay the bill and he dropped it (~ 10 years old) They were sittin next to me, so it all made sense. The mom bitched the kid out, thanked me, the kid took the money and paid the bill.
I coulda been $20 richer.

But if you can't find the owner ... finder's keepers. I'm not gonna just go around and be like "hey, did you loose 60 bucks? Here you go" cause you know everyone is gonna be like "yea, sure. Thanks" If you dont see someone drop the money ... its fair game.
