Damn thats a good ass price. Over in Va expect to pay 200-250k to 300+ for a single home/3 bedroom and 2 car garage. And were not talkin bout the nice houses but a house thats bout 10 yrs old and has gone thru 1 or 2 owners.

actually, she's mildly retarded, not enough to matter, but enough to notice. She's just "being nice" and trust me, everything works, GREAT, she just bought all this stuff, but her job offered her a better position, so she has to sell her house.

I'll be in my new house in about a month
