I talked to someone at school that has 2 10" subs and he said something about surface area of the subwoofers, how it is better to have 2 subs then 1 b/c of the surface area. Will that be much of an issue for me?
<---- went unconventional. Elemental Designs 10O.44 and DEI Viper d1200.1 monoblock. $500 for the set. Should sound amazing, but I have yet to install. Waiting for a friend to help me out. Will take pics of the uninstalled equipment when I get home

2 12's " " " " " " " " (1) 15...etc
the benefit is w/ one sub you can usually have a smaller box & still get the same or better sound outta it. you just have to get a dvc or svc @ a lower impedence

h:so just make sure the impedance of the sub matches that of the amp.
