Building a computer for Xmas...ideas?
I want something fast, graphic intense, and with great audio.
Does a DVD burner also burn music onto a CD-R?
The processor is going to be the pickle...I like AMD, but Intels are faster..

From what I gather...
Go for at least a 2ghz processor. 80gb hard disk should be fine. As for a video card, I'm rocking the GeForce FX 5900 right now.... 'Tis awesome.
I don't think DVD-R will burn CDs.
