Tips For Surviving Night Shift
I start night shift tonight. I'm a bit of a night owl so I don't think I'll have any problems but this will be my first time doing nights.
Anyone got any tips so my ask doesn't fall alseep?

Every time you start to feel a little tired, eat something. The constant input of energy will keep you going.
Carry around some granola bars or somethin.

after a few weeks, if this shift is routine, you'll get used to it.
