are drugs addictive?
lets say that somebody was injecting heroin into my veins while i sleep, would i become addicted to heroin? or would i only become addicted to a drug because i know that drug can give me the same feeling? so is it true that people are addicted to the feeling rather than the drug itself?
Probably depends on the drug. Some are physically additive, some are psychologically addictive. I believe the withdrawal symptoms are worse with physically addictive drugs. I think most of the more dangerous ones (like heroin) are physically addictive. Maybe some with a medical or life science background can shed more light on the subject.
just think of unborn babies.... they get addicted to drugs the mother takes/injects... not knowing they are drugs... so
you'd be addicted knowing u were taking them or not... although you wouldnt know what you were addicted to.
