Take 200 mg of Melatonin 20 mins before you want to go to sleep for a week. That'll reset your clock, so to speak.

The prescription sleeping pills are kind of harsh, I dunno if I would use them. Melatonin is the hormone that regulates your sleep rhythms. So if you take it for a week at the same time then your body realizes that's when it's supposed to start producing the stuff and voila, you're fixed. I usually need to do a little "calibration" with the stuff when I get deep into a semester and the homework and partying catches up with me.
