All my communications major friends dont do shit. All i ever see them doing is sleeping or drinking beer. PSU too

i hope you aren't asking this in hopes that it will help you choose a major. im majoring in commerce. its a difficult course, only because im learning alot. if you're in something for the money, then, well, you probably wont make lots of money

People say my major, International Politics, is easy. However, I'm constantly writing papers, doing current event critiques, writing on goverment system changes in Western European countries, taking 2 foreign languages...its NOT easy.

BUT...2 of my roommates are both Hotel & Restaurant Institutional Management majors - and they do NOTHING!

I'm an English major. It's "easy" for me because I've got a pretty solid command of the English language. I can guarantee however, that tons of the people in science and engineering related majors wouldn't be able to write a decent paper unless you gave them a formula to follow, and then the paper would be bland, formulaic, and utterly lacking in creativity.

Funny how all the people in objective pursuits assume that abstract thinking courses are automatically easy.
