Default Mitsubishi > my town

Lithia Dodge refuses to sell SRT-4 because they are not capable to service them.

Lithia Subaru refuses to sell the WRX STi for the same reason.

Lithia car dealers are gay

Mitsubishi > the Sioux Falls Compact 4 door performance sedan market....foo

Most high performance models need an automotive tech specially trained to service them for a dealer to sell them. I've never understood this "rule". Just because you buy the car at a certain dealer, doesn't guarantee you are gonna bring it back for service there for the rest of the car's life :slap:

Ford is the same way with SVT not all dealers service it, but the stupid thing is that any dealer can take a trade in in the form of an SVT for another car or truck. Makes no sense to me about that one???????????????????????????

probably because with the trade in they can ship it to another dealer who CAN service the car.

You forgot the "But I got it here mentality." Most people will insist that the location that sold them the product service the product. In a way, it's common sense that this would be true, but in this case it's not. The dealership just chose to avoid that possible scenario by chosing NOT to sell a product they can't service.

I don't think so cause I was looking at a used Ligthning at San Rafael Ford and they were selling the used one but couldn't get me a new one cause they were not authorized to sale new SVT cars or trucks
