Just because you buy the car at a certain dealer, doesn't guarantee you are gonna bring it back for service there for the rest of the car's life :slap:
You forgot the "But I got it here mentality." Most people will insist that the location that sold them the product service the product. In a way, it's common sense that this would be true, but in this case it's not. The dealership just chose to avoid that possible scenario by chosing NOT to sell a product they can't service.
