**Winter Drivers: ENTER**
i just use all season tires on stock stealies for fwd. rwd in the snow is a science and an art, so i wont get into that.
anyways, my friend works at scrubadub and he gives me the premium package for 3.50 [reg price:7.00]. i get that every week when there is any trace of salt on the ground.

Just put in snow tires...i picked up a set of michelin pilot alpina's, they are good enough. Most of my buddies just store their cars in the winter.

If I was going to get different wheels I would go steely or VX rims.

Some people have tried using rally tires as winter tires with little success. Get a tire that is dedicated to the job it has to do. Otherwise look at a compromising with an Ultra High Performance All Season. Remember too that a tall narrow tire is better than a low profile wide tire. It will cut through the snow instead of floating on it.

i had some 185/80s 13" all seasons on my sentra se-r. that size was discontinued, so they were only $100 mounted/balance for the front pair. man that thing never got stuck in the snow
