The Launcher is a simple application that runs on top of the MacOS, that allows users to make clickable aliases of applications, folders and files for easy retrieval / opening. It's place in the Control Panels folder has no bearing on its functionality within MacOS.

here is something. the first MAC SE... my friend mom helped design it

all the head people signed the inside of the first 1000 or something like that

and also remember the full page display? ahhaha all they did was flip a standard 13" monitor sideways :rofl: and charged like $$$$ for it :eek3: back in 1988!!!

sounds like shortcuts you can place on the desktops of Windows OS. except you just right click on the executable and choose make shortcut option
