Wasn't it changed to an all inclusive type deal because they felt that honoring one war over another wouldn't be PC?

mem day and labor day was originally meant as he said, but was later opened to remember all veterans, and moreso people that had died for their country. it seems to me that its appropriate to remember victims of the towers considering so many were busting their ass for the benefit of the country.

no they weren't. They were doing their 9-5 to pay bills the same I do. How is that "busting their ass for the benefit of our country" ?

NYPD / NYFD, pentagon employees and the folks that helped bring down that plane before it made it to chicago would be what i was speaking of.

it wouldnt be celebrating the attack itself...but moreso the people who were lost. it isnt a day that people should put in the back of their minds...but rather it should be in the front of your minds b/c it could happen again. the people who died that day, and i mean everyone, should have a day to be honored. im all for it.
