Just great my dad got was involved in a car wreck
man that sucks man.. hope everything works out for you. And if your dad isn't in the best shape, cant you get a doctor to say he can't drive anymore? i thought a doctor has the ability to tell someone they cant drive. My grandfather had to stop driving when he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and the doctor mentioned him not driving anymore, but in his case, he willingly gave up his liscence, but i thought a doctor can do something.. i would check it out.. cause i dont know for sure :dunno:
good luck man.. things will be ok.

My deepest condolences.
My first move would be to check with your state's DMV. In CA, family members have the legal right to suspend the license of a dependent senior family member. Similarly, you can DL the forms for a permanent suspension of driving priviliges due to a medical condition.
Best of luck with the damages from the crash. IMO, it sounds like it's time he faced the consequences of his actions...
