I know a version of Norton that keeps the files even when you clear your recycle bin. You have to right click on it and then click on purge all files. If you have that same vesion of norton that should work. If not just run the disk cleanup utility

try disk cleaner, it's a freeware, will delete all deleted files on your hard drive. WIll not able able to recover at all.

i used ACTIVE ERASER 4.0.... erased an invisible folder in my recycle bin...
