BTW I've never tried long distance swimming. I could honestly beat the guys on my HS swimming team but I didn't wanna join because I was :nervous: of speedos...

i have no idea how far i can swim, never tried. but my record for how far down i can swim is 80 ft. and i stay down for about 15-20 seconds.

but it helps that i sink, even in the ocean.

body fat 10% and lower = teh sink

you must be pretty lean then
