While working out? Just worked out an hour and haven't really broken a sweat yet. The only thing different since working again that I've done differently is that I dont drink that much pop anymore. Is it good or bad to sweat?
It is good to sweat, not only does it keep you cool but it cleans out your pores. Drink plenty of water before you work out then work until you are wet.:thumbup:

While that is good you still have to have enough calories to maintain your minimal intake. There is a way to figure it out.
