Default Moving In Together

My girlfriend is going away to college and we want to get a place together off campus. We both wanted to at first but now she doesnt know if she wants to anymore. I know I want to because when she starts college Im going to need to find a place to live my mom is moving with boyfriend and dont want to go there with her. How do I convince her to move in with me?

We have been together for almost 2 years now and everything is going good we have lived together for a couple of months but then I had to get my own place to get out of her house. But things couldnt be better then they are right now I just dont know how to convience her to do it.

The main reason is she is going to have to pay for college her self and if she lives on campus its going to be an extra 8gs for her to live on campus. I told her to just move in with me and I can pay for rent, food, and other little expense for her along with the help from her mom that said she would help out.

But what Im asking is how do I convince her to move out?

Don't do it. If she needs convincing, then it is going to be problematic. Trust Me.

wow that is a great deal. It was like $5500 a year when i went to school and now I looked at my bro's college info and I think it's up to $8,000 for the same school.

I pay $1600/term for my room in my fraternity house (campus owned). That is equal to $6400 a year, no food included.

i'm glad to hear things with you and brittany are really good, JD.. as far as moving in together, the money situation is the best leverage i think.. thats a lot of money that she may or may not have, and if you two move in together off campus it would be a nicer place, and you'd be more willing to pay for it. besides, i know you hate living at home.

Let me give you all a heads up, if someone is hesitant about anything that involves "long term" plans, it is usually for a reason. Whether it is big such as moving in togehter, or smaller, like planning a weekend away. Not to sound like a jackass, but if she is changing her mind, knowing that you would help pay for it to save her money, she is having doubts.

Is she going to be a college freshman? How far away is the campus? Are you in school right now?
