So I go to the gym to hit the treadmill... I hop on and run for a few minutes and notice a stabbing pain in my right knee. I'm like "wtf" so I limp to a stop and just go home.

What's wrong with me? This has happened before while playing hacky sack too, but I thought nothing of it...

I'm probably going to have arthroscopic surgery next year. My dad is telling me it's likely for me to have scarred tissue they have to suck out of my knee. :wtc:

Ducky: I don't stretch before running because I gradually go faster anyway. I start off with about 5mph and work up.

 

shouldn't be too bad. it's the reason why i didn't go to the army. Surgery shouldn't last more than 30 min.
