i read that theres no evidence that supports no stretching=injury.

i did read that you get more gains out of stretching after your workout :dunno:

oh please. I had knee surgery 5 years ago and can do everything I did before it. I even climbed the tallest mountain in the northeast a few months after my surgery. So I call :bs: on your comment. That is unless you go to some doctor who has no clue what they are doing.

:werd: ever since I heard that I don't stretch out before I do my workout. I haven't had a problem yet. When you think about it, it makes sense. when your put into a situation when you need your muscles to react, you can't take a sec to stretch out.

but thats for heavy lifting...

for running...u stretch b4 and after u run
