More like Ricer Profiling. I got pulled over and some fag Trooper harasses me asking if I had strobe lights in my head lights and other BS and gave me fix it tickets for my suspension, turn signals, and some other crap.

 

that sucks man, i was driving on rt 40 yesterday too, but didnt see any cops.. however i was driving home on 23 (up in jarrettsville) and got pulled over at about 2:30 this morning.. was doing about 62 in a 55, cop pulled out behind me, followed me for about 3 miles, flipped on his lights. i pulled over, cop asked if i knew how fast i was going, i said apprx. 62mph, he said i should be careful on this road at night because of the deer.. i said yes officer, one ran into me about 2 months ago on this road. then he started asking about my car.. my cf hood, why i didnt have a back seat, etc.. he kept talking and shining his damn light in my face.. i think he was just trying to see if i was sober. :dunno: he let me go tho....

in your situation, i'd get a lawyer involved.. cop didnt search me or anything.. im a short white guy...

 

I don't think he got pulled over because he was black. He probably did get pulled over because of his signals. But all the shit they did to him, that was probably because he was black. There was no reason to search his car because he had those aftermarket signals. Thats just bs

 

they didn't harass him or anything...it was just a harmless search. Like somebody already said, maybe he was just trying to kill time to make it look like he was doing something.

I don't see anything wrong with what the police did. Hyperwhite is illegal, and it isn't wrong that he pat you down.

I'm asian and if they pat me down, would it be racial profiling to say they pat me down cause I'm asian? It is for their safety, and if having hyperwhites is illegal then its probable that other things you are doing is illegal as well.

I had hyperwhites before and after having to outrun and dodge the cops twice in VA Beach, I went back to amber and I haven't had a problem since.

Hyperwhite is illegal, but its more noticable when the area you live in is dark. In So Cal it isn't that dark and hyperwhite is everywhere, but cops don't bother unless they pull you over for other stuff such as speeding or loud exhaust.

Just fix it and forget it.

i got pulled over for my Ion blue headlights...the cop was a real dick to me, his attitude sucked....he thought that i had been drinking, and asked me if i had been, AFTER i just told him i was 19... he gave me some shit about my headlights and i got a 5 day fix it ticket...

he never checked the inside of my car, my trunk or me at all. and he had no reason to...even though he thought i was drunk...when i was just REAL tired! h:

i dont think he shouldve done all that to u...but maybe he had some suspicion that you arent aware of.. dont sweat it. deal with the ticket and let that be that.
