well I was driving home from work and it was wet out, so I had no time to realy swerve or anything so I jsut slowed down...

On my way home from work I come across a squirle in the middle of the road. He was just sitting there and I had no time to move or swerve of fear of lossing control in teh rain. In my head I was telling him to "RUN! MOVE! GO! GET OUT THE WAY!!!!!" well he just sat there looking up at my head lights and WAMP!!! I must have hit him, I look in my rear view mirror. WTF no dead squirle in teh road! As I get home I look at the front of my bumper (s13 240sx, if you have seen the front bumper then you will know what Im talking about) in that little cove that give's air to teh radiator I see a squirle curld up pressed against it. I take a stick from my neighbors yard and pry it off and chuckit in the ditch.


I thought squirles were sposde to move for you

same thing happened with me only i was in my moms yukon and i squashed him.... what a way to goh:

Its just a damn squirl man. Not liek you hit a person. Animals are dumb and I woudl rather hit a squirl or rabbit then wreck my car.


BTW you never hit a live rabit. They have a thing in their head then when they are in danger (liek of being hit or eaten) they kill themselves.

 

Umm, no. I hit a rabbit and just caught his hind legs. Looked in rear view mirror to see himself trying to drag himself off the road with his front legs. Poor guy. I had to turn around and finish the job.
