Default Banner Ads

So, I'm wondering about these banner ads. If you could choose what you want to see or what makes you click on one, what would it be (no, no naked chicks h: )

Enlighten me.

Well, the ad could be diverse. The banner ads that I see here are product specific. One does lighting, another is books, etc. If the ad covered more products, I'd be more likely to click on it because of the wide selection of products that it sold. But that's just me... h:

So, do you want to actually see products that that company sells or see cars or just a name? What draws your attention and makes you want to click?

Product names would do fine. Plus the words "Free Shipping" always catches my eye.

See, that's just promotional. What if I don't need something right now, then I won't be able to take advantage of winning 1k. Where as a shop that would offer free shipping, I know I can go back to when needed and would definitely order from because it's a really good selling point.
