Turbocharing forbidden? Which one is it where they have FI? It's supercharging I'm thinking of.

i like indy car car it has far more driver control. F1 has way too much computer control as far as engine, traction, braking etc.

So you are saying a monkey could drive a F1 car... sure a 1322 lb 800 hp car is easy to drive in a track like Monaco or Suzuka. I mean its all computer controlled. :slap:

no i'm just saying that. f1 takes alot of the finesse of driving something that powerfull out of the driver's control & puts it into the computer's

look @ michael andretti who was arguably the best indy driver @ the time....when he went to f1 he sucked cause he didn't have the control he was use to :dunno:

apples w/ oranges to me

F1 and Indy cars are worlds apart... one is designed primarily for super speedways and the other lives on road courses. Most Indy drivers don't do too well because they aren't used to turning right. It took Jaques Villeneuve a while before he won a championship when he came over from Indy.

Well if we did 90s then Indycars would smack the F1 cars... F1s gone a long ways since the 90s. IRL cars on the other hand have gone backwards a little bit.
