What irks you?
I've got a coworker that just brought in a Sam's Club sized box [literally purchased from there] of Sunflower Seeds to which he's been munching on since last week. *Crunch *Snap *Spit followed by smacking of the lips.
mfg:
Talk about annoying. He's the same guy that literally has to tell me everything that he's doing like as if I want to hear about it all day. Not to mention that at least once a day but typically within an hour after lunch he'll start a conversation with me while standing near my desk then kind of stand there awkwardly as if he can't move, then tell me he's gotta go drop a deuce while scurrying away.
For the most part I throw on my headphones to try and avoid all conversations and drown out his sunflower seeds for the most part but it doesn't always work.

- People who hunt for "good spots" in the gym's parking lot
- People who attempt to milk social media for attention
--- ex. I have a problem, but I don't want to talk about it
--- ex. I have a problem, but I won't be specific to what it is ... I'll just sit here and post ambiguous messages
--- ex. I'll openly talk about a goal I'm trying to achieve ... never achieve it ... but pretend I'm doing everything I can to make it happen
- People who don't have a privacy filter on their lives ... and output everything online.
--- ex. I fucked up my rotator cuff (full to complete tear) 3 months ago. I posted it online. This is avoidable. Learn from me. I believe this instance is okay.
vs.
--- ex. I'm going to "check in" to the local hospital ... make a post that I'm there ... have concerned people ask about it, but don't reply.
- People who are consistently late for work ... "traffic was bad today". There's traffic every day. Deal with it. If you're habitually 15 minutes late, leave 15 minutes earlier

oh, this one will be fun ...
- Obnoxious gun owners
--- Nobody is going to take away your guns. The NRA is a business. They send out statements to make people buy guns. So, while the NRA is saying "omg, here comes a law" ... they generate fear and hoarding consumer tendencies. Congrats NRA, all the guns and ammo are gone. Sales are great.

I have a co-worker that sits next to my desk that slurps on mints all day long. I'm ready to throw my monitor through her head.
I also have a co-worker that likes to hug and kiss everyone she sees. It sounds so nasty and gives me the creeps just hearing it.

An infringement is simply the first step.
Bosses who think just because something has been getting them by for 15yrs that a process does not need revisiting for update and change to make a better product.
