exactly what i was thinking. she can press charges for rape. ...if it wasnt consentual (sp) or if she was unconsious or under the influence.

The guy seems like an asswipe but planning on kicking his ass with 4 friends might not be the best thing to do. It's up to you but I hope things work out for the better.

 

if your sister didnt fight it wen he was making advances..and she took those drinks on her own..then it's really not totally his fault she got pregnant. B4 she had the abortion..did she tell him about it? I feel bad for her and all, but dont blame it all on him..blame him for the abortion...and make him pay for that, but remember it takes 2 to tango...

also, calling him constantly wont do much, so try to find another LEGAL way of getting a hold of him..maybe at his job? Is there any way to prove that baby was his? it would b hard to get him to pay if there's not proof

 

Obviously, I don't know the whole story but one would think that if he did her wrong and she feels strongly about it, her friends should know so they can help. I'm assuming they don't know about the pregnancy though?

 

If the legal channels don't work out, ambush him and punch him in the nuts 10 or 50 times.

 

:werd: I'd say get a lawyer and bring this guy down all the way down to chinatown. Do every possible legal thing you can to make this guy and his family's life miserable for the rest of their lives.
