Depending on the part of town, that house could go for anywhere between 700K to about 1.5mil... depending if it was in say Goleta or in Montecito, respectively.

I think the outside looks fugly though...

realllly depends on where in town or the state it was, anywhere from 150k in shitville, to 450k in, say, whitefish bay.

here in OC...my neighborhood in particular...
u cant find a house like that for 600,000...
heck...even my aunts house <1.2M from last year> is just a lil more fancier and bigger than that..<but shes in a really nice neighborhood>

250k....go for it mang...:thumbup:

In Syracuse, (Upstate New York), I would say it would go for about $200k. I kind of think my guess is a little high though, cause its only one story...

Well, considering the 1400 sq foot townhome I live in sells for $400k, it'd go for a LOT.

190-200k at most. South TX has mad cheap homes. I can get a 2 story, 5 bedroom, 3.5 baths, office, 2 car garage, resaca view (lake), stucco walls, saltillo roofing, blah blah blah for 275k NEW.
