clean out your PM box dude or check your emial

 

One thing I do when I call customer service for anything is to write down the actual person's full name, time, and date of the call. True they can still deny anything and everything ever happened but it hasn't happened to me since I started doing this. The silence or stuttering is priceless when a manager gets caught in these situations and is a great bargaining chip. Keep calling them and eventually you'll get your way.

 

i have cingular... my last bill $130 and ive had a couple that were like $300-$400... x10

cingular is shitty..
