Just tell her either come get it or it's going in the trash. No, she can't sue you for it. She left in it your possession at YOUR house. You never agreed to keep it safe for her and you made attempts at giving it back. In fact, you can sue her for storage fees....HAHAHAHAHA

my mom called a lawyer to see if she could do anything legally for me selling it. the lawyer laughed and said that she had 10 days to get it. if i wouldve gotten rid of it w/in those 10 days, then she couldve done something. but ive had it since april of 2002....i have every right to get rid of it, and i am. the lawyer said she wouldve sold it too!!

she can take me to court...but she'll get no where and end up spending a lot more than the dress is worth.

so....anyone know someone who needs a prom dress????
