white scratches

white scratches

I have a lot of white scratches on my car. I always thought it was basically really deep and the paint is gone.. is there anyway to buff these out? more or less FIX IT?

white scraches i think mean they're pretty deep. they aren't rusting though... i'll take pics of some of them tomorrow..
