Default removing light scratches in plastic.

i have some scratches on my gauge cluster window thingamabob.

anything out there for this stuff?

Yes, there is. Go to your local pep boys, or wherever you purchase your automotive cleaning/detailing supplies and look for a rubbing compound made specifically for removing scratches in plastic. Off hand, I'm not sure on the name...But there IS stuff available to remove scratches in plastic.

scratches in lexan/clear plastic == :ugh:

if the car dealer cant help try like a paintball store, (they make a scratch remover type deal for goggles)

otherwise a hobby store? (RC car bodies are clear lexan)

if not, i bet the junkyard would have a busted ass gauge cluster oyu could take apart.

Scratches in Lexan are pretty much not repairable, or at least to a point where it's unoticeable if it's clear.

On R/C lexan bodies, I used wax, and it worked fine.

I have had some scratches that I removed with Mothers plastic polish. This stuff is cheap $5.50 for the bottle and works great.
