Nice. That model is definitely less weird looking than the current car. Although I will say the SH-AWD helps things out a bit. A friend of mine bought one a couple months ago, and it has smaller front turn signals (rather than the ginormous ones on the base model) that help to give more black plastic under the beak grille which helps with the overall contrast.

Congrats man, I really like that gen TL. Does the S-type have AWD standard and is a manual trans available? I might look into getting one in a few years.

 

the new SH-AWD does come in a manual.

the one drew bought isn't available in AWD but is available in a stick. The stick is much more fun to drove, but the auto still gets it done really well.

 

Beautiful car. Probably the only thing I would get if I were to buy a car right now.

Honestly, I've kind of grown out of my BMW phase h:. I parked the TSX next to one and loved my TSX :dunno:.

 

Nice deal! I really liked my TL when I had it, i had the MT, but mine was an 04, so they didnt have the cooled seats you get to rock out. You will love this car, and the type s is even nicer.
