Beat the dead horse a little more.

Can this thread please die a quick, painful death already?

Many people take major cosmetic mods as a waste of money.
The thing is, If you got the money who cares? All that waste of money sayings is because of cheapy people trying to get a car at a cheapest price to have more money to spend for a turbo and/or exhaust.
The thing in doing conversions and etc. is making a car UNIQUE. Lets see... We got 2 Honda Preludes standing. One is turboed as hell but the other isn't, On the outside they look exactly the same. The point is, that every person looking at both will say "Oh those cars look exactly the same!" Or the owner of the other prelude will say "wow, that prelude looks exactly like mine!"
Like this other guy said, "If you want an unique car why did you buy a honda?"
The thing is nobody will have a unique car. Unless your lucky and be able to get some concept car that was never put to production that I doub't it could easily happen to someone. Keeping a car stock or not is owner's preference.
Hell, I want a 2000 Civic Coupe, EX or Si, And I'd put Acura 1.6EL Frontend in it and go mini VIP.
