anyone ever make their own halo headlights?
my friend says he can do it with a string neon

ghetto, and they suck. the end. i had them on my civic, well they were the ones you buy and they were crap.

Somewhere I read on how you can make your own by getting that plastic rod stuff like for blinds and heating it up so you can make it round then make little notches. It was either on here or on t-i
