Default Clock coloration?

Anyone know of any ways as of yet to change the background color on your clock? I was looking at mine today and im gonna take it out and try to give it a go if no one has any suggestions.

The fastest and easiest way would be to apply some form of removable tint to the inside face of the clock lens. The clock pulls out as a unit, then two screws are removed to expose the internals once it's unplugged from the harness.

Be careful not to gouge the dashboard when prying the clock out. Be careful and gentle.
