bondo also absorbs the paint so it would look kinda wierd.

id say epoxy a piece of mesh ont he inside and use fiberglass resin.

yes, I worked at a body shop for a year and a half. You don't spray right over bondo. You have to primer over bondo, sand it, then paint over the primer.

you'll see over the bondo that the area will dry quicker than thr rest of the area. happened to us when we were shaving my friend's accords embelm
