I would think urethane, but I don't know much about bodykits.. I would think though that urethane would be more flexible and crack/break less often.

Generally HAN frowns upon bodykits and bright colors.. heh

urethane. thats what I got. Urethane takes some stress before it breaks. My urethane kit has been broken tho when it was jamed into the ground. The main down fall about body kits is the drivablity. theres a lot of places that i cant drive because of the incline and my front bumple will drag. my civic isnt even lowered.

Well, this guy at a shop is saying $600 for a full R34 body kit. But its fiberglass. Is that neccesarily a bad thing ? Does fiberglass break really easy? or should it be fine ? Unless anyone knows where i can geet good urethane kits for a decent price ?

fiberglass does break easily, urethane is a bit more durable. the thing is, u can fix fiberglass, most urethan kits once u break them u cant fix them cuz they flex

600 is a bit much for any fiberglass kits these days, i'd say find some place cheaper

fiberglass tends to have fitment issues on low end kits as well.

I have a fiberglass kit and it'll flex to a certain extent, much less than urethane of course but it. I hit shit all the time with my from bumper and it never cracked, only scraped it up a bit. Except for when I didn't see that long concrete block that they put on the end of parking spaces and i drove right into it.... then the fiberglass gave. It wasn't a total separation in the crack though, it was just that, a crack. So I took the bumper off, layed a couple of layer of fiberglass and resin on the back, sanded down the front and bondoed it and sanded. Then I took it to get painted. cost me less than $75 to repair instead of $250 for a new bumper.
