urethane. thats what I got. Urethane takes some stress before it breaks. My urethane kit has been broken tho when it was jamed into the ground. The main down fall about body kits is the drivablity. theres a lot of places that i cant drive because of the incline and my front bumple will drag. my civic isnt even lowered.
