Custom interior questions
Got my car painted, now my interior REALLY blows.
My exterior is silver, what colors do you suggest for the inside?
Do interior places take care of it all? i.e. the burgundy dashboard, door panels, console, etc.
Anyone know of a place in Maryland that does interiors, reasonably?
What should I expect to spend?
Thanks all

Depends what you want to do?? You could always do little things yourself, maybe carpet and mat replacement along with a dash trim kit a new shift boot, knob, ebrake handle.
I'm planning on doing some **** with my interior myself, but nothing as extensive as going to a shop. right now, I'm planning on floor neons that work on the dome light relay and a switch, as well as a custom shift knob im working on. I'm also gonna do a dark red carbon fiber dash kit (Bordeaux Red 94 LX). Anyways, just throwin out some ideas for ya, good luck.

Thanks AscR. Some good suggestions there. My interior is currently burgundy---ugly to me. I will take your advice and do some things myself... carpet, maybe color the dash and doors myself. Ill have a pro do the seats, maybe the center console and maybe the headliner. Ill be redoing the rear deck/speaker baffle myself.
As I look around the interior of the car, there is so much to change. --even the back of the rear-view is burgundy -- ARGHH!!!
Thanks again for the input.

hey Spyfunkr
where in MD are you? if you live in the D.C Area you can go to NewAgain Auto in downtown Silver Spring. You can check them out at www.newagainauto.com. They have a department in the shop that handles upholstry. give them a call or go check it out if ya want. Only draw back is that they might be pricy. when i dropped my car i went there to get my alignment and they charged me $120. later
