Well, I got a medical exemption from the DMV to tint my front windows legally since it is illegal here in NJ. They approved a max of 60% tint! WTF?!


I know that is light as hell and worthless, IMO, but I want to see exactly how light it really is.

Does anyone know or have a pic showing just how light 60% tint would be?

 

Do you have any plastic wrap? Slap some of that on there and it will show you what 60% is like. :chuckles:

Seriously, it's practically nothing. 35% is legal here and there's not a lot to it either.

 

thats 35% tint, in the shade thats the darkest its ever looked. 60% is nothing dont waste your money, i live in NJ to and my sister got a med. exemption to have her front windows tinted 60% and you can only have it done at a certified place that the state picks, that cost $200 to tint just the front windows :no: dont do it.

 

60% wouldn't be worth the effort.

Tint laws are strict around here so I wouldn't do anything because they'll just make you remove it :sad:
