Default Removing integra oem body kit.

I found a doner for a integra oem body kit. I want to be prepaired when i go to get the parts. Does anyone know how the oem side skirts and rear pieces are attached? Im assuming is with screws, but is there any adhesive involved?

I think there are only about 4 screws and then you have to slide it out. Its very easy

For the sideskirt:

Remove the six clips from the bottom, be careful not to break them.

Remove the two self tapping screws in the front.

Push the sideskirt forward, it should move about 2 inches, it will come off straight down.

When putting them back on make sure all the clips are lined up, you'll be able to see how they can rotate.

For the rear pieces feel inside the bumper about where it starts to curve, there will be a screw on each side holding them in. Should be two screws in the wheel well also. Other than that it's held on my dual sided tape. I'm pretty sure that's how they are on, but not 100%, may as well take the whole bumper .

does anyone else think this is fishy? he found a donor integra with a oem body kit? it sounds as if he is making it seem like it's at a junk yard, but it's very likely that the "donor" is some other person's car where it'd be very easy for this dude to steel. just a though.

as a person who had things stolen from, you must understand why such red flags are raised when grey area questions like yours come up. Better safe than sorry that is all. We must all pitch in a little to help combat f*cktard theives.

I agree, but being overly paranoid wont help either. I may be wrong but isnt this forum set up to ask questions about cars?
