For the sideskirt:


Remove the six clips from the bottom, be careful not to break them.

Remove the two self tapping screws in the front.

Push the sideskirt forward, it should move about 2 inches, it will come off straight down.

When putting them back on make sure all the clips are lined up, you'll be able to see how they can rotate.

For the rear pieces feel inside the bumper about where it starts to curve, there will be a screw on each side holding them in. Should be two screws in the wheel well also. Other than that it's held on my dual sided tape. I'm pretty sure that's how they are on, but not 100%, may as well take the whole bumper .
