I have redish color thick paint marks on my passenger side bumper. It looks like someone rubbed into my car. I don't know how this can happen because of the location-I mean they would have to have really driven well to squeeze in and leave these marks without causing a dent. How can I get this off?

3M makes a good rubbing compund, it should buff it right out.

I used Meguiars 3-step wax with good results as well- cleaner wax, polish, wax... you can find them at any local auto-store or Target.
